# So weisen Sie einen anderen Uber-Fahrer zu

### Schritte:

1. Melden Sie sich als Admin unter admin.restoflow\.ch an.
2. Wählen Sie aus der Kontenliste das Konto aus, das Sie aktualisieren möchten, und klicken Sie auf „**Verwalten**“.

* Das System sucht nach einem anderen verfügbaren Uber-Fahrer, der die Lieferung entgegennimmt.

**Wichtige Hinweise:**

* Wenn die Lieferung versehentlich von Uber oder dem Geschäft storniert wurde oder kein Fahrer die Lieferung angenommen hat, können Sie die Bestellung wieder auf den Status „**Bestätigt**“ zurücksetzen und dann einen anderen Fahrer anfordern.
* Diese Option ist normalerweise einige Minuten nach der ersten Erstellung der Bestellung verfügbar.
* Sobald Sie dazu aufgefordert werden, sucht das System automatisch nach einem neuen Uber-Fahrer in der Nähe.
