# Kundeninformationen optional machen

### Schritte (Abholung und Lieferung)

1. Melden Sie sich bei Ihrem Dashboard an. Sobald Sie angemeldet sind, klicken Sie auf „**Verwalten**“.

2. Gehen Sie zu **Einstellungen**

3. Gehen Sie zu **Dienste**. Wählen Sie den Dienst aus, bei dem diese Funktion angewendet werden soll (Abholung/Lieferungen).

4. Klicken Sie auf „**Kundeninformationen**“.

4. Deaktivieren Sie das **Infofeld**, das Sie als optional festlegen möchten
5. Klicken Sie auf **Speichern**

#### Hinweis:

Für die Verarbeitung bestimmter Zahlungsmethoden können einige oder alle Felder erforderlich sein. Wenn Sie das Kontrollkästchen im Infofeld deaktivieren, wird es auf der Checkout-Seite als `Optional` angezeigt.

### Schritte (Dine-Ins)

1. Melden Sie sich bei Ihrem Dashboard an. Sobald Sie angemeldet sind, klicken Sie auf „**Verwalten**“.

3. Gehen Sie zu Services > Dine-ins
4. Gehen Sie zu Allgemein > **Kundeninformationen optional machen** > Aktivieren Sie diese Option, um sie als optional festzulegen

5. Klicken Sie auf **Speichern**

#### Wichtig:

Einige Zahlungsmethoden funktionieren möglicherweise nicht, wenn keine Kundeninformationen angegeben werden. Kunden werden gefragt, welche Informationen erforderlich sind, um mit der von ihnen gewählten Zahlungsmethode fortzufahren.
