# Bestellfunktion pausieren

### Vorübergehende Pause der Online-Bestellung

Wenn Ihr Geschäft während der normalen Geschäftszeiten vorübergehend geschlossen ist, können Sie mit dieser Funktion Online- und mobile App-Bestellungen aussetzen. Wenn Kunden versuchen, eine Bestellung aufzugeben, wird eine Meldung angezeigt, dass Ihr Geschäft derzeit geschlossen ist.

Wenn Sie die Online-Bestellung pausieren, lässt Ihre Plattform nicht zu, dass angeschlossene Geräte eine Bestellung aufgeben. Diese Funktion ist sofort wirksam und wird nach der eingestellten Zeit automatisch rückgängig gemacht. Wenn Ihr Geschäft an einem bestimmten Tag dauerhaft geschlossen ist, legen Sie stattdessen die Schließzeiten fest <https://support.restoflow.ch/how-to-guides/adding-closed-hours>

### Schritte:

1. Klicken Sie im Admin-Dashboard auf das Bestellsymbol

2. Klicken Sie auf „Dienste pausieren“

3. Legen Sie die Dienste fest, die Sie pausieren möchten, und die Anzahl der Minuten

4. Klicken Sie auf „Dienste fortsetzen“, wenn Sie bereit sind, Online-Bestellungen auch vor Ablauf der festgelegten Zeit wieder anzunehmen.

5. Um ein Element anzuhalten oder nicht verfügbar zu machen, klicken Sie im Admin-Dashboard auf das Menüsymbol

6. Suchen Sie nach dem Artikel, der derzeit nicht vorrätig oder nicht verfügbar ist. Klicken Sie auf das Pause-Symbol.

7. Stellen Sie den Timer und den Grund ein und klicken Sie dann auf „Bestätigen“.

8. Das Element wird dann auf „Pause“ angezeigt und nach der eingestellten Zeit automatisch fortgesetzt. Auf der Bestellseite wird außerdem „Nicht vorrätig“ angezeigt.

9. Klicken Sie auf das „Play“-Symbol, um den Artikel auch vor der eingestellten Zeit wieder verfügbar zu machen, und bestätigen Sie dann.
